System Overview
The hot stamping plate locator, also known as the hot stamping plate pre-assembly device, is designed to pre-fix the hot stamping plate or embossing plate on a spacious aluminum plate. This large aluminum panel can then be easily installed on the honeycomb panel and put into the production process. The advantage of this preloading process is that it allows the operator to complete the plate loading process in advance, thus avoiding taking up valuable production time of the hot stamping machine. In addition, through this method, the time required for the hot stamping machine to adjust the position of the hot stamping plate is greatly reduced to a minimum, thereby significantly improving the working efficiency of the hot stamping machine.
Technical Features
1. Using advanced intelligent scanning and recognition technology, we can comprehensively scan printed matter that requires hot stamping or embossing processing. This process is designed to accurately identify areas of possible distortion on the print. Subsequently, we will adjust and correct the original PDF format electronic file accordingly based on the identified deformation positions to ensure that the display effect of the electronic file matches the actual deformed printed matter, thereby achieving a high degree of consistency and accuracy.
2. In order to ensure accurate measurement of the thermal expansion coefficient of honeycomb panels, we have implemented a strict process and used a specific algorithm to calculate the offset of the hot stamping plate or relief plate based on the results. This prediction ensures that each plate offset meets high standards and meets production requirements.
3. Through the precise operation of the above two steps, we can ensure that the hot stamping plate or relief plate is installed in an accurate position, so that the hot stamping plate or relief plate that needs to be positioned can perfectly coincide with the printed image. If this equipment is not used, achieving the same effect usually requires the hot stamping machine captain to spend a lot of time.
